Tatami Health is the realization of two highly experienced Physios and Pilates Instructors who have set a new standard for the delivery of rehabilitation. We have 10 years of experience and are now able to deliver an individual approach, with a unique focus on: ‘Maximizing performance’. We proud ourselves in our carefully designed studio-the best in London. We genuinely work with Consultants whom specifically refer to us, because we really make a difference with our patients and clients.
We treat children from early ages and we gain understanding from the older and wiser. Do you feel discomfort when you sit or stand? Can you lift your arms up without pain? How is your balance in standing? What does it feel like to have strong abdominal muscles? Do you feel good about your body?
