All Done Design & Build’s maintenance department undertakes all types of maintenance and repair work, including gas and heating, plumbing, electrics, drainage, roofing, carpentry, joinery, glazing, flooring, tiling, painting and decorating, plastering, paving, brick and concrete work, insulation and demolition. We are able to provide gas and electrical safety certificates, and we offer a 24 hour service for emergency works.
The company’s design & build department specialises in commercial and residential new builds, refurbishments, loft conversions and extensions, along with architectural drawings, plans and planning permission applications. Our full architectural design service includes the provision of detailed technical drawings (such as planning and working drawings), all of the necessary structural calculations, the submission of planning and Building Control applications, advice regarding the best use of space and, by taking into account particulars such as the location of neighbouring properties, advice as to which building options are more likely to pass planning permission. Whilst we are able to offer this full architectural service, it is also possible to choose only certain facets of the service, as convenient to the particular client and project.
We have the government endorsed TrustMark Standard, are registered with Constructionline, HVCA, CORGI, Gas Safe, NICEIC, FENSA, EXOR, The Guild of Master Craftsmen, The Federation of Master Builders, we carry the Master Bond Warranty and are CHAS and ISO 9001:2000 accredited. We are affiliated to The Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering, and in 2004 won the FMB Master Builder of the Year Merit Award.
